Vezenje.

Moja pot z iglo in nitjo se je začela leta 2019, takrat sem si zamislila ustvariti kolekcijo izvezenih majic, ki so bile lep "uspeh". Pozneje sem vezla v stare majice, second hand kose in kose blaga. Cel čas z mislijo, da bi pa vseeno enkrat poskusila izvesti izvezenino brez začetne skice na blago. Kako bi bilo, če si blago predstavljam kot platno, ali kot kos papirja pred začetkom risanja. S tem se mi je odprlo še lepše poglavje, eksperimentiranja in raziskovanja tudi zgodovine vezenja.

Embroidery.

My journey with a needle and thread started in 2019, that’s when I envisioned creating a collection of embroidered t-shirts that were a nice “success”. Later, I embroidered onto old T-shirts, second hand pieces and pieces of fabric. All the while with the thought that I would still try to make an embroidery once without an initial sketch on the goods. What if I imagine the goods as a canvas, or as a piece of paper before I start drawing. This opened an even better chapter for me, experimenting and researching the history of embroidery as well.
